About Essential Beginner Pilates:
Ground yourself in the essentials of Pilates, mastering proper basic techniques to reap
the benefits of a group class. This 6-week program suitable for beginners, or for those
who’ve been inactive or are recovering from an injury. This program also helps
participants develop true core strength and stability while heightening mind-body
awareness. Props can be incorporated to add variety, support patients’ individual needs
and build familiarity for more challenging classes ahead.
Classes will be held once a week for 6 weeks on Monday afternoons
Price: 6 pre-registered classes for $120.00+gst
Time: Mondays from 12:00pm- 1:00pm

Where: Rise Upstairs Studio
Program fee is paid upon registration
Minimum 4 and maximum 5 registrants required to run program
Classes are for preregistered students only and are non-transferable
Missed classes are not eligible for refund
