Rise Health is available as an early access clinic for Worksafe BC to be providing physiotherapy services to those injured at work.

What to do if you have been injured at work:

Inform your employer as soon as possible that you have been injured at work
See a physician – If requiring medical attention at the hospital or at an urgent care center, ensure to inform the attending physician that this is a workplace injury.
Report your injury to Worksafe BC calling Teleclaim @ 1.888.WORKERS (1.888.967.5377)

Information Rise Health will need before your first visit in order to direct bill Worksafe BC for your treatment:

Claim number provided to you by WSBC
Your personal health number (care card number from your BC services card or your driver’s license)
Date of injury
Direct name and contact information for the Claim Manager assigned to your file
Direct name and contact information for your employer
